  • Account information: Business name, legal structure, Federal Tax ID (EIN), address, phone number, and contact person details
  • Login credentials: Email address and password (stored in encrypted form)
  • Uploaded documents: Capability statements and other files you choose to upload
  • Usage data: Pages visited, actions taken, and technical information such as browser type and device
  • Communications: Messages submitted through contact or issue reporting forms

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Create and manage your platform account
  • Connect small businesses with contracting opportunities and prime contractors
  • Provide technical assistance, training, and support services
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve technical issues
  • Improve platform functionality and user experience
  • Comply with California state records and reporting requirements

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information:

  • Within Your Agency: With relevant program offices to support services and compliance
  • With prime contractors: Business profile information (name, categories, capability statement) you choose to make visible on the platform
  • As required by law: In response to legal process or California Public Records Act requests

Account and business information is retained in accordance with California state records retention schedules. You may request deletion of your account by contacting info@primereachgov.com. Some information may be retained as required by law.

5. Cookies and Local Storage

This platform uses browser local storage to save your accessibility preferences and session information. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Standard web server logs may record your IP address and browser information for security and performance purposes.

6. Security

We implement reasonable technical and administrative safeguards to protect your information. Passwords are stored using one-way encryption. However, no internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Under California law, you have the right to:

  • Request correction of inaccurate information
